This notice explains the information processed by CUTASK during the closed beta.

1. Information collected

We process creator account email addresses, workspace membership, project and version metadata, uploaded video files, review feedback, revision decisions, review-link records, beta feedback, page paths, and limited client-error messages.

2. What telemetry excludes

Usage measurement does not record video contents, passwords, review tokens, full URLs containing secure tokens, or keystrokes. Error reports are limited to a short message and application path.

3. Purpose

Information is used to authenticate creators, provide secure review, preserve revision history, operate the beta, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve usability.

4. Storage and access

Workspace data is separated with database access controls. Videos use private storage and short-lived signed URLs. Review links are stored as hashes. Internal creator data is not returned through reviewer endpoints.

5. Sharing

Infrastructure providers process data to run authentication, database, storage, and hosting. CUTASK does not sell personal information.

6. Retention and requests

Beta records are retained while the workspace is active and as reasonably required for security and recovery. Use the in-product beta feedback control to request access, correction, or deletion; identity verification may be required.

7. Security limits

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep original media backed up and revoke review links that are no longer needed.
